 The BIU offers a unique opportunity to students who wish to to pursue a MD degree over a 3 ½ year period, a pace slightly shorter than the traditional 4 years. At BIU classes are taught in English. Our faculty has qualified professors who bring real life experience to the classroom.

 The Burnett International University School of Medicine’s curriculum is consistent with that offered in U.S. BIU’s Curriculum is designed to prepare you for a successful completion of the United States Medical Licensure Examination (USMLE) exams.

 The BIU has the first and second year (20 months) of basic sciences Classes on Haiti, the third and fourth year of Clinical rotations are offered through affiliated hospitals in the United States, England and the Caribbean.
